1. 30-Day Guarantee

At H2M, we stand behind the quality of our social media courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • The request must be submitted via email to our support team

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@h2m.co.za with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, order number and reason for refund (optional)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Courses obtained through promotions or free offers
  • Chargebacks made without first contacting our support team

6. Exchanges

As our courses are digital products, we do not offer exchanges. If you are having trouble accessing a course, please contact our support team and we will help resolve the issue.
